Sarah has worked in education for over 30 years and has held a range of senior leadership positions across the primary sector. She has extensive experience of school improvement, working closely with leaders, staff and governance to secure high standards of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes.

Sarah is passionate about ensuring that every child receives a high-quality, inclusive education that enables them to thrive, with a particular focus on strong teaching, effective leadership and provision that meets the needs of all pupils.

Through her leadership experience, Sarah brings a strong understanding of the strategic and operational challenges faced by schools and is committed to supporting leaders to deliver sustainable improvement and the very best educational experiences for every child.
